Booking deposits vary from $50 to $100 and are taken to ensure clients show up for their appointments. The booking deposit is only refunded if the client shows for their appointment. The deposit is non cancellable. If a client cancels the appointment or does not show, the deposit is forfeited. All deposits are returned with 14 days back onto the card with which it was made. All clients under the age of 22 should be accompanied by a parent (not a legal guardian), unless cleared with studio management. If clients show for an appointment without a parent where required, they will forfeit their booking deposit. All changes of appointment are subject to an additional $50 refundable booking deposit, which will be added to the existing deposit, unless 7 days notice is given in writing by post or email to the address below, indicating that you require a change of appointment. If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be turned away if we are unable to fit you in, and forfeit your booking deposit. All copyrighted images are sold on the day of the shoot only. Please ensure you are happy with the quality before ordering. All purchased images are given on the day of the shoot on a disc, Efolios and Digital Comp Cards are sent electronically via email within 6 weeks of placing the order, and Prints are received via post within 6 weeks. Once a client has left the premises having placed an order, the studio is unable to cancel the order, however this does not affect your statutory rights. All retouching is free of charge and as such is done at the studio’s discretion.
